1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and zx786.org ("zx786", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://zx786.org and all associated services, mobile interfaces, games, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — browsing, registering, depositing, or playing — you unconditionally accept these Terms. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on zx786. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or a different identity, is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. zx786 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

Account information, including your registered name, date of birth, and CNIC number, cannot be changed after verification without submitting a formal request with supporting documentation. zx786 reserves the right to accept or reject any such request at its sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

zx786 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All amounts on the Platform are transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. These thresholds may vary by payment method.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. zx786 will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the account holder.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method and any ongoing verification requirements.
• Deposits made through crypto (USDT TRC20) are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. Conversion rates are non-negotiable.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (rollover). Until this requirement is met in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus balance and are not redeemable as cash until wagering requirements are satisfied.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or interruption during gameplay, zx786 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount to the player's account balance. No further compensation will be offered in such circumstances.

Bets placed after a sporting event has concluded, or that exploit a known data delay between live events and our Platform, are considered invalid and will be voided. zx786 employs real-time monitoring to detect and nullify such bets. Decisions made by our trading team regarding bet validity are final.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Acts

zx786 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following acts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live table games.
• Chip dumping or any deliberate attempt to transfer funds between accounts through gameplay.

• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymising software to circumvent geographic restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or duplicate account detection systems.
• Any form of fraud, including misrepresentation of identity, use of stolen payment methods, or provision of false documentation during verification.

zx786 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units. Any activity reasonably suspected to constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud will be reported to the relevant Pakistani authorities and any applicable international regulatory bodies without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the zx786 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of zx786 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Platform without our prior written consent. Scraping, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of any content from zx786 for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Privacy & Data

zx786 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon termination for cause, zx786 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to any breach on your part, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
